Dario Ochoa was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. He moved to Lubbock, Texas to attend Texas Tech University, where he developed a particular interest in chemistry. He is now a third-year undergraduate student pursuing a major in chemistry with minors in biology and health professions. In Dr. Kristufek’s group, Dario hopes to make a positive impact on the environment and to learn more about the field of chemistry.
In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, listening to music, and watching his favorite TV shows.
