Chandeni grew up in New Jersey and later moved to Texas in 2014. She is currently completing her Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry with a minor in mathematics. Through taking various chemistry classes, she gained an interest in Organic Chemistry. She is working on a catechol-based gel research project under Dr. Kristufek's group. After completing her bachelors, she plans to get a PhD in Organic Chemistry.
In her free time, she often plays recreational soccer and works out regularly at the Rec Center.
